  2. Attend an initial discussion with one or both Directors mentioned above
  3. Following some preparation, attend a second meeting and be prepared to undergo a Personality Profile Analysis for discussion at the same meeting
  4. If applicable, you may be asked to attend a trial day at our offices to undertake some tasks whilst being assessed. This also allows you to meet the teams and be comfortable with our methods, style and culture. You will also attend lunch with the Directors to informally discuss your potential future career options and to set expectations
  5. A verbal offer of employment is made
  6. If a verbal offer is accepted, it is then confirmed in writing and a start date is agreed 

When you start employment with Roberts Knight Selection Ltd, you will undergo a comprehensive induction programme which will allow you to understand more fully how our systems work. This will last approximately one week and include the following areas: 

  1. Your Security, Health, Safety and the Environment 
  2. Your business plan development and planning
  3. Objective setting including targets to be achieved
  4. The identification of your personal training plan and development
  5. Understanding and use of all the databases and cv search sources 
  6. The planning of regular communication and performance evaluation
